Washington, DC: Frank J. Paolotto, 62, of Washington, DC, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016 surrounded by his family and friends. Frank was the son of the late Charles Paolotto and the late Marion (Tomasso) Paolotto DeVincentis. He is survived by his sisters, Rosanne (Frank) Faber and Patti (David Bottar) Paolotto and his nieces and nephew, Alissa Faber and Anna and Taylor Bottar. Frank is also survived by many dear cousins, aunts and friends. Frank cherished his time with family and friends and saw each relationship as a gift. A graduate of Aquinas Institute and St. John Fisher, Frank also earned his Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Education from George Washington University. As a lifelong educator and mentor, Frank's career included positions at St. Joseph's Villa and Cephas Attica in Rochester, Charles County Public Schools in MD and Trinity College and the Episcopal Center for Children in DC. Frank co-founded and led Boys to Men Mentoring Network of Greater Washington, a chapter of the National Organization. Mentoring was a rich and rewarding experience for him. Frank's family would like to thank the medical staff at John's Hopkins Cancer Center, GW Hospital and Halquist Hospice for their excellent care and kindness.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:30 Friday, August 5th at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in the DC area.
