Ruth T. Westerlund

Passed away unexpectedly August 27, 2021. She is predeceased by her grandparents Earl Westerlund Sr. and James & Priscilla Jackson. Survived by her parents Earl & Mary Alice Westerlund; brother Phillip Westerlund; grandmother Nancy Westerlund; 10 uncles; 8 aunts; 23 cousins; and innumerable other close family, friends, and loved ones.


Ruth was a 2005 graduate of Nazareth Academy. Ruth spent most of her career at Best Buy in inventory control. She was passionate about economic justice, and loved all animals, especially Miles, her feline companion of 15 years. Her sense of humor could bring a genuinely hearty laugh from nearly anyone. She will be very dearly missed.
