Walter "Buddy" J. Rodenhouse Jr.

Passed away October 4, 2023. Predeceased by his wife Mary K. Rodenhouse; brothers John "Jack" and Richard "Dick" Rodenhouse. Survived by his children W.J. (Mary Pat) Rodenhouse, Eileen Bocci Campbell of California, Michele (Eric) Voss, Christine (Sean) Whipple; grandchildren Walter, Thomas, Andrew & Matthew Rodenhouse, Kevin, Matthew & Kate Bocci, Kurt & Kathryn Voss, Erin, Megan & Quinn Whipple; great-grandchildren Grace, Blake, and Thomas Bocci; brother Dr. Thomas (Sally) Rodenhouse; sister Mary Ellen Grady; sisters-in-law Noreen (Richard) Popivchak and Helen (Paul) Crego.

Buddy was a very devoted catholic. He was a man of service; including 60 year volunteer at the St. Paul Fire Department, Saint Margaret Mary's Church, Bishop Kearney High School, youth sports and many other organizations. Buddy owned and operated Rodenhouse Plumbing and Heating Inc and sold residential real estate. Buddy worked hard, played hard and enjoyed a good party but what gave him the most joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Friends may attend his Memorial Mass 10AM Tuesday, October 10 at St. Margaret Mary Church, 401 Rogers Parkway. Private Interment. In honor of Buddy's dedicated service to helping others, in lieu of flowers, please consider volunteering or performing a random act of kindness for someone.
