Alan N. Holcomb

Passed away peacefully at home August 2, 2020 after a long battle with Parkinson's disease and dementia. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Patricia Seeley Holcomb. Alan was the doting father of Scott (Lori) Holcomb, Jerry (Mary Ann) Holcomb, and Amy (Steve) Tolle. Alan was the adoring grandfather of Jessica Holcomb, Glenn Tolle, Emily Holcomb, Heidi Holcomb, Julia Holcomb, Heather Holcomb and Sabrina Tolle. He always referred to his grandchildren as his "lucky seven". They were the joys of his life. Alan is also survived by brother-in-law Andy Reid, many nieces, nephews and other special extended family members. Alan is predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Hester Holcomb; his in-laws Gerald and Ruth Seeley; brother Damon Holcomb; sisters Mary Reid and Judy Siple; and nephew Daniel Reid.

Alan was a master carpenter and Kodak employee for 35 years. He was a Korea War Veteran. Alan was fondly known as "the mayor of Koda Vista" by his neighbors.

Services will be held privately. A celebration of Alan's life will be held at a future time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
