Arthur F. Guentner
Greece - Entered peacefully into eternal rest on May 17, 2018 at 91 years young. Adopted as a baby by loving parents, Art had a wonderful life. Sports were his passion and he was inducted into multiple Sports Halls-of-Fame, all of which he cherished. He enjoyed a long career at Eastman Kodak and an equally long retirement, all with many wonderful friends.
Art is survived by his daughter, Karen and her husband, Tom Eisenhauer; son, Tom; granddaughters, Carly Rae (Seth) Storie of Alabama, Shelley (Daniel) Keene of Rochester; Brittany (Jeremy) Dean of New Hampshire and Taylor Guentner of Rochester. Also by Brittany and Taylor's mom, Cindy Guentner; Godchild, Marianne Doktor.
Art was predeceased by his wife, Milly in 1980 and also by his longtime companion and beloved Nana to his grandchildren, Audrey Barbour. His sister, Sue Guentner of Portland, Oregon also predeceased him.
Friends may attend a Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Saturday, May 26th at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave. 14616. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Art's memory may be made to the Villa of Hope, 3300 Dewey Ave., Roch. 14616.
