January 14, 1996 — July 24, 2021

Passed away after a brief illness on July 24, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at age 25. He is predeceased by his grandfather Frederick Farmer. Survived by his parents Gary and Virginia (Schoen) Farmer; brother Tim; maternal grandparents Thomas and Joanne Schoen; paternal grandmother Vilma Farmer; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services were held privately for the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hildebrandt Hospice, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626.
