Charles Otero

Charles J. Otero, 82. Devoted husband, loving father and grandfather passed away on Sunday, March 24th as a result of a stroke. He leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Barbara (Stephany) and 4 daughters, Susan (Patrick) Pellegrino, Marcia (Chuck) Mosele, Nancy (Michael) Binn and Dianne (Tom) Cassidy; and 9 beloved grandchildren, Lyndsey and Ashley, Matthew and Marisa, Jacob and Jordan, Nathan, Jessica and Brandon. Also survived by his brother, Raymond; sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. He graduated from Aquinas Institute Class of 1955, was an US Army Veteran and a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Church. There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral Service to be held Friday 11:30 AM at St. Ann's Chapel. Private entombment at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Ann's Community, 1500 Portland Ave. or Visiting Nurse Hospice, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster. The family would like to thank the staff on the second floor of St. Ann's for their care and concern.
