Cynthia Millar

Cynthia (Cindi) Jane Millar, 69, of Scottsville NY passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, April 18, 2025. She retired from Excellus after 40 years where she was loved by many. Cynthia had a heart of gold and anyone who got to meet her just loved her. Cynthia was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Cynthia is survived by her spouse, Thomas Andrew Millar; Sons Thomas Millar (Brittany) (kids; Evan, William Jr., Brianah, Emily, Abegayle, Bianca, Sidaly, and Wyatt), David Millar (Amanda) (kids; Jaylee, Hayden, Riley, and Elly), Nathan Millar (Nicole), Christopher Millar (Mary) (Child; Kaitlin), and preceded in death by her mother and father Carol and Chester Dorr. 

Calling hours for Cynthia will be held at Farrell-Ryan funeral home 777 Long Pond Rd, Rochester NY 14612 on Wednesday April 23, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held at Farrell-Ryan funeral home on Thursday April 24, 2025 at 10am followed by graveside services at Parma Union Cemetery, 260 Parma Center Rd Hilton, NY 14468.
