Daniel Bocach

Daniel David Bocach passed away at home on July 21, 2019. He is survived by his wife Carol, daughter Katie, son David, mother Carol Banfield (Urckfitz), brother Jeff, aunt Ilene Urckfitz, and uncle Mike Urckfitz. He also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. He will be truly missed but also celebrated Sunday 1-4 pm at Farrell Ryan funeral home with a small service at 4 pm. He will be laid to rest Monday, July 29 at 11 am at Holy Sepulchre cemetery at 2461 Lake Ave. Please meet at the Lake Avenue gate. Rochester, NY. He was an avid lover of the outdoors and watching wildlife. He was a diehard Detroit Lions fan and wrestling; football and track ran through his blood. His passion and determination of karate also lead him to be an American International Karate breaking champion. He gave his family everything he had. He would do anything for a friend. He retired from the Monroe County Water Authority after 32 years. He will be remembered and loved by many. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lollypop Farm or the Hamlin Dog Shelter
