Deborah A. Payne

Deborah Payne passed away on February 3rd, 2024 at 11:44 a.m. at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was 64 years old. Deborah was a beloved, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, cousin, and friend who will deeply be missed by all who knew her. 


Deborah Payne was born on December 18th 1959 in Sanford Florida to the late David and Coretha Payne they moved to Rochester August of 1962, where she spent her early childhood attending school #29 then went on to graduate at Madison high School in 1977, also at the young age of 18 she obtained a job at Kodak where she retired, in her later years Deborah went on to further her education at MCC where she graduated with an associate degree as a social worker. Deborah was caring, humble, funny, down to earth and open minded, she definitely spoke her mind, but also was there to listen, learn and give advice. On her free time she enjoyed the casino, bingo and traveling with family and friends, Deborah loved to look good and was always on the scene from family events, parties to concerts she was on the go. Deborah was so Deborah that she's just Deborah, she has always been popular amongst her peers since high school. She was a devoted loving mother and was always there when her children needed her. Deborah left apart of her in each and everyone of us, she was very loved and will be missed terribly.


Deborah is Pre deceased by her parents David and Coretha Payne, Grandmother Leola Mitchell and aunty Willie Pearl Murray. She leaves her memories to her three siblings, three children, and four grandchildren, her only daughter Teygan "Peaches" Moss-Grant (Zebrick Grant) her two sons Tiara "Budda Man" Bonner Jr and herbaby boy Stefan "Sean" Green Jr, granddaughters Jayla Marrero, Zebrell Grant-Jackson, Deonisia Grant-Jackson and her grandson Aidan Bonner. Also, her only sister and best friend Beverly Payne her two brothers David Payne (Paulette Payne) and Michael Payne, seven nephews, and five nieces and a host of more family and good friends.
