Dennis Nicholas Hrycaj

Dennis the beloved son of Delmina and the late George Hrycaj, was born on October 6, 1960, in Rochester, New York.

He passed away unexpectedly on July. 6, 2023, in Spokane, Washington.

Dennis will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Dennis leaves behind his loving mother Delmina, his brother, Andrej, two nieces; Natasha and Rachel, and three nephews; Andrej Jr., Johnathan, and Michael.

Dennis was a kind and gentle soul, that loved life, his family, the people around him, and our Lord Jesus Christ. He loved to explore the outdoors and to travel. Dennis struggled most of his life with an incurable illness that did not allow him to enjoy many of the pleasures that so many of us take for granted, and yet Dennis never complained, expected any special treatment, nor asked anyone for anything, instead he was thankful for what he did have, did his best to maintain his faith in God, and lived a life that reflected his love for our Lord Jesus Christ.

We will remember Dennis for the gift that he was to our lives, and take comfort knowing that we will see him again when our Lord returns.

Requiem Christian Mass at St. Theodores Church, located at 168 Spencerport Rd. on Friday, July 28th, at 9:30 A.M. followed by interment at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Dennis' family will receive friends at the Farrell-Ryan Funeral and Cremation Services, located at 777 Long Pond Rd, on Friday, July 28th, at 8:30 A.M. until the time of Mass Arrangements.

The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness during this sad time.
