McCarthy, Dorothy E. (Eldridge) Rochester: December 31, 2015. Predeceased by her husband, Francis; and great-grandson, Joey. Survived by her children, William, Robert & Mary McCarthy; grandchildren, Kathleen, Brittany & Shannon; great-grandchildren, Giavana & Dominic; sister-in-law, Joanne Eldridge; nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a graduate of Genesee Hospital School of Nursing. Friends may call Sunday, 1-4 PM at the funeral home, 777 Long Pond Rd. (between English & Latta). Funeral Mass, 9:30 Monday at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Avenue. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may have Masses offered, or contribute to St. Charles Borromeo Church or Lifetime Care Hospice.
