Elaine lived a full and meaningful life. She was devoted to her family and cherished her many close friends. She owned and ran Ricci’s restaurant with her Brother and Sister-in-law for over 50 years. They created a true family restaurant, where regular customers shared friendship, community, and fabulous food. Her passion was cooking and she loved to share her culinary gift with others making holidays, special occasions and family gatherings delicious if Elaine was in charge, (and she usually was). She was an avid golfer and was a legacy member at Ridgemont Country Club where she touched the lives of many members. She enjoyed being with people and had many lifelong friends. Her club and cards girls share many special memories. Elaine felt blessed and was quick to step in and help others. She will be missed by many and heaven has a very special angel.
