Departed from this world and entered into eternal peace and rest after a short illness on November 13, 2024 at the age of 86. He is predeceased by his parents Anna and Frank Eblacker and his four siblings-Norma, Robert, Donald and Eugene. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 66 years, Carol, daughters, Mary-Jo Karpenko (Jack Robb), Linda Geer (Lance Nass) and granddaughter, Hannah Karpenko, brother, John Eblacker, dear nieces and nephews and many cherished friends. A lover of music, art, animals and a true expert craftsman and carpenter, this beloved husband, father and grandfather, brother, uncle and friend will be forever missed and endlessly loved.
The family wishes to thank Dr. John Robb for his endless and diligent, loving care and Physical Therapist Amy Steed for her infectious smile and beautiful spirit, which brightened every day for Frank during his stay at Unity Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the animal charity of your choice, in his memory.
Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, November 21, 2024 between 4-6pm at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home 777 Long Pond Road. Mass of the Christian Burial to take place on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10:30am at Holy Cross Church 4492 Lake Avenue. Interment immediately following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
