Gerald P. Batog

Passed away March 8, 2025, at the age of 94. Predeceased by his wife of 64 years Patricia, sister Alice Batog, brother Edward, parents Walter and Ceil. Survived by his brother-in-law Fred Handel, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Jerry graduated from Aquinas Inst. Class of 1949, an active member of St. Lawrence and St Johns Men Club. Active church usher for 78 years. He worked for Kodak for 28 years and IBM for 3 years before retiring, volunteer at Hamilton Manor Nursing Home for many years, loved Polka Music and was proud of his Polish heritage.

His family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday, March 13 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services. Please meet the family 9:30 AM Friday, March 14 at St. Lawrence Church 1000 North Greece Road where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers contributions to CP Rochester Al Sieg Center 3399 South Winton Road Rochester NY 14623 in his memory would be appreciated.
