Jack M. Phillips

Rochester - November 25, 2018 at age 95. Predeceased by his wife, Melba Jane; and sister, Betty Habschied. Survived by his loving daughters, Judith (David) Ballerstein and Susan Millay; loving grandchildren, Justin (Keo) Ballerstein, Brooke (Garth) Freeman, Benjamin (Caroline) Ballerstein; great-grandchildren, Beatrix, Willa, Gwendolyn, Otto and Remi; sister, Audrey Cox; several nieces, nephews and dear friend, Dorothy Steiner along with many close friends. Jack was a Navy Veteran and a longtime resident of Greece where he was an active volunteer with the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf. He enjoyed summers at Cape Vincent for many years. He also enjoyed golfing, fishing and a longtime photographer. He was a member of the American Legion Dorsey Post 468 and a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. after 40 years of service.

Friends may attend a Memorial Service, 2:00 PM Saturday at Bethany Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bethany Presbyterian Church, 3000 Dewey Ave, 14616 or N.A.M.I., 320 N. Goodman St. 102, Roch. 14607.
