Hilton: October 19, 2015 at age 80 at Journey Home. Dr. Palmer is predeceased by his parents, Louis and Loretta Corcoran Palmer of Geneva and his brother, Lewis Paul Palmer of Rochester. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathleen Frances and their children, Michael Alan (Martha) of Winchester, MA, Christopher Kevin of Greece, Maureen Megan (Mark) Ronan of Stanford, CT, Patrick Joseph (Erin) of Hilton, Sean Paul (Terri) of Hilton; grandchildren, Ryan William and Abigail Jane, Juliana Christine and Gabriella Antczak, Seamus Joseph, Brendan Patrick and Maeve Katherine, Maura Elizabeth, Conor Patrick, Bridget Ann and Liam Joseph, Jack Ryan, Nora Kathleen and Keira Ann. Dr. Palmer was a graduate of DeSales High School, Niagara University and Georgetown University School of Dentistry, Washington, DC. He served in the Army Dental Corp. in Fort Gordon, Augusta, GA. He opened his dental practice on Ridge Road West in Greece on March 17, 1963. He also served as Chief of the Dental Clinic at Albion Correctional Facility for Women in Albion, NY. He was officer of the 7th District Dental Society and was active in Holy Name of Jesus Parish.
