Greece - Peacefully April 21, 2019. Predeceased by her husband, Fred. Survived by her children, Forrest (Pam) Smith, Dean (Lisa) Smith and Alyson (Scott) Shurtliff; grandchildren, Forrest Jr. and Matthew Smith, Amy and Timothy Shurtliff, Brandon and Evan Smith.
