Joanne Clinkscales (Parrone)

Passed away April 14, 2025. She is predeceased by her parents Patsy and Carmela Parrone; siblings Vickie, Joey and Jeanette. Survived by her husband of 65 years Roy; children Tony (Bev) Clinkscales, Terri (Steve) Siverd; grandchildren Michelle (Dan) Trax, Ashley Rodriguez, Brittany Clinkscales; great grandchildren Caroline, Kate, Carly, Hunter, Dana; sibling Joyce (Frank) Bennage; several nieces and nephews and her beloved cat Daisy.

Joanne’s unwavering love & dedication to her family and faith were unmatched. She was a loving mother, grandmother & great grandmother forever putting her family first.
Joanne was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ, & always found a way to give back, whether it be through prayer or donation.
Joanne worked for the City of Rochester for over 35 years. After retirement Joanne enjoyed spending time with family, & her cat Daisy. She loved spending time with her twin sister, Jeanette, talking as much as they possibly could.
Joanne had the sweetest soul & to know her was to love her. She was a kind, gentle woman with a heart of gold who will forever be remembered in our hearts.

Calling hours will be held 4-6pm Friday April 18th at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services 777 Long Pond Road. Funeral service 10am Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ 1529 Winton Road N. Rochester, NY 14609.
Interment at Riverside Cemetery.
