Rochester - Passed away peacefully on January 18, 2019 at the age of 57. Survived by his children, Sarah (Michael) Reid, Benjamin (Bethany Frate) and Clayton; 3 brothers, his mother, Carol, and several nieces & nephews. Joe spent his life instilling love and strength in all people who had the pleasure of knowing him. His influence and legacy will be carried on through his children, family and friends.
