Rochester: Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on October 19, 2017 at the age of 84. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Leora; children, Lucy (Sean) McMahon, Christopher and Anthony (Amie Leszczynski) Mollo and Michelle (Paul) Simmons; grandchildren, Brendon, Ryan and Caitlin (McMahon), Weston, Dominic, Anthony and Lucas (Mollo), Paul, Nicholas, Hannah and Haley (Simmons), Tarren and James (Leszczynski); brother, Michael and wife Pauline; many dear nieces and nephews. Joseph was a proud American that served his country in the Korean War. He was a retiree of Rochester Telephone.

Family and friends may gather for Visitation on Thursday, October 26th, 4-8 PM at the Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English & Latta). Joseph's Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 27th, 11 AM at St. Kateri Parish at St. Margaret Mary Church on Rodgers Parkway. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital or American Cancer Society . We are saddened as he was such a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.
