Zicari, Louis "Lou" Greece: January 11, 2016 9 days after his 67th birthday. Lou lived his life embraced by loving family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, James & Anne Zicari; brother, Charles and brother-in-law, Alfonso Nazzaro. He is survived by his adoring wife, Deborah and their cherished sons, Jonathan and James; his siblings, Mary Ann Nazzaro, James (Bonnie) Zicari, Margaret (Peter) Ranalletta, Joe (Linda) Zicari and dear friend, Joe Lentini; brother-in-law, Wayne (Julie) Wegman; sisters-in-law, Cathy Wegman and Bonnie Hanoch; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lou was an Associate Broker for the RE/MAX Realty Groups and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. The Greater Rochester Association of Realtors honored Lou with the prestigious Fran Henty Award for going the extra mile. Lou went the extra mile for all of his clients and many of them became endearing friends especially Mike and Mary Ann Pino. Lou was an avid sports fan with a special affinity for Buffalo Bills football and Syracuse basketball but what he enjoyed most was cooking and spending time with his family. He was a wonderful man who touched the lives of many and will sorely be missed. Lou's family would like to express their sincere appreciation for the extraordinary care he received on WCC-1, WCC-7, WCC-6 BMT Unit and Suite D at the Wilmot Cancer Center. A special thank you to NP Kelly Likely, Dr. Frank Akwaa, Dr. Laurie Milner and his doctor, Dr. Jane Liesveld for care of the highest order. Lou's care would not have been possible without our community's blood donors. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating blood or making a contribution to our local Red Cross.
