Mary Alice Craigie

Mary Alice Craigie joined her beloved husband Hugh on July 19, 2023. Born in Buffalo, NY, September 18, 1928, to Robert and Alice Keller, Mary Alice was the mother of seven children, twelve grandchildren and currently eleven great-grandchildren with two more on the way. She cherished nothing more than her children, their education and their successes. Taking care of that brood required loads of laundry and her famous recipes such as her potato salad with Miracle Whip, Keller stuffing with summer savory, and beef stroganoff. She was predeceased by parents, her husband Hugh in 2002 and her son Hugh in 2022. She is survived by son James Craigie (Sally Brophy) of New Hope, PA, with children Brian (Elizabeth and son Ethan) of NYC and Chelsea of Salem, MA, son John Craigie (Pam) of Philadelphia and children Michael in Ireland and Jena in of Philadelphia, daughter Susan Kirby (Robert) with children Joe (Kirstin) all in Ithaca and Jill Peckhaus (Nicholas) of Louisville, daughter Jan Bonn (Frank) of Rochester with children Frank (Olivia) in NYC and Rachel (children Bruno and Stella) in Rochester, David Craigie (Jody) in Indianapolis and daughter-in-law Debra Craigie with children John (son Connor of Rochester) and Andrew (Kathleen and children Lilly and Teagan) all of Charleston, SC. We respect the wishes of the remaining sibling that its family information remain private.
