Mary M. Chatterton

Mary Margaret Chatterton passed away peacefully at age 78 on September 20, 2022. Predeceased by her husband of 56 years, James Chatterton; parents Thomas and Mary Connor; brother Tom Pat Connor; sister Kathy Lonthair; sons-in-law Peter Glavin and Michael Palermo. Survived by her daughters Christine Glavin, Michele (Mark) DePetres, Amy Palermo; grandchildren Donovan & Shauna Glavin, Jordan & Gabrielle DePetres, Cameron & Sydney Palermo; siblings William (Yvonne) Connor, James (Bernadette) Connor, JD (Sandy) Connor, Bruce (Barb) Lonthair, Mary Lou Sadler; brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.

Mary was an active member at St. Mark's Church for a long time and held various positions, such as Pastoral Associate and Director of Religious Education. She was the primary caregiver for her husband for several years. Mary enjoyed sewing, arts & crafts and spending time with her grandchildren & family.

Friends may call 4-7 Friday at the Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road. Funeral Mass 11 AM Saturday at St. Mark's Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rochester Regional Health at www.rrhgive.org (please specify gift designation- Hospice Care Fund) or Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
