Mary S. O'Connell

Mary O’Connell (Stack) of Hilton died on June 2, 2024 after a long struggle with dementia.

Mary was born on February 16, 1943 in Syracuse NY to the late T. Vincent and Marion (Nellis) Stack. She was a 1961 graduate of Most Holy Rosary High school.

Mary was a long time inter-library loan clerk for the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library while residing in Rexford, NY

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son James, brother Vincent and sister Barbara Stack. Mary is survived by her husband John, daughter Bridget (Russ) Norsworthy and grandsons Kyle and Jacob (Samantha Cornell). She is also survived by her sister Irene (Patrick) Crosby and several nieces and nephew.

Calling hours 4-6pm Monday June 10^th at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services 777 Long Pond Road. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:30am Tuesday at St. Lawrence Church
