Patrick was a proud alumni of Aquinas Institute and retiree of Xerox Corporation with 30 years of service. Patrick’s faith was central to his life, he was an alter boy for St. Lucy’s parish, a member of the Knights of Saint John and a member of St. Lawrence parish. Patrick had a sense of humor that radiated from his big personality, he loved to laugh and shared that laughter with others. He is a lover of music and basketball, often grabbing a pick up game at the Greece YMCA. He was passionate about his love of food and his cooking centered around family and his favorite Italian dishes.

Though the disease gradually took Patrick’s memory, his personality would shine through while playing the music he loved (James Taylor, Glen Campbell, Kenny Rogers) tapping his feet to the music, or a big smile when greeted by family members.

Patrick and his devoted wife Pauline, first met as youngsters growing up in the same neighborhood and enjoyed a full life that centered around their faith, family and friends. They seldom missed an event or activity of their children, grandchildren or great grandchildren, being their biggest fans and supporters. In their retirement years they enjoyed traveling and made many wonderful memories.

Pauline has lovingly and selflessly been Patrick’s full time advocate and caregiver. We acknowledge and thank Patrick’s dedicated personal aides, Max, Tammy, and Jay, and nurses, Robert, Beth, and Karen.

He will be deeply missed by his family.
