Passed away May 25, 2023

Survived by his daughters Debra (Jeff) Howlett, Lorie Judge, Jodi Judge, and longtime companion Joan Rickard; Son-in-law Mark (Wendy) Strassner; close family friends Bill and Debbie Hochadel; grandchildren Craig (Aleisha) Strassner, Jay (Denise) Strassner, Breann (Andrew) Cochran, Juliana Torcello; great grandchildren Owen, Caleb, Parker, and Wyndelena.

Richard was a WWII Veteran, member of the Heuvelton Amvets, owner of Memories of Radio and a member of the Masons.

Calling hours will be held 11-1pm Saturday June 3 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral and Cremation Services 777 Long Pond Road with a funeral service to follow.

Interment Riverside Cemetery.
