Greece: November 13, 2016 at home at age 97. Predeceased by his wives, Rosemary (Bauman) Werth, Margaret (Walsh) Dooley Werth; parents, Arthur & Josephine (Fitch) Werth; brothers, Arthur, John, George Werth. Survived by his sons, Rev. Robert T. and James E. Werth, James J. and John L. Dooley; granddaughter, Rachel Rose Werth; great-granddaughter, Eva Simone Lake. Also survived by his caregivers, Kelly Moses, Ebony Willard Beaubrun, Helena Selvaggio. Bob was a proud graduate of Holy Rosary School and Aquinas Institute (Class of 1937). Robert had a passion for his Catholic faith and was a 62 year member and usher at St. Charles Borromeo Church. He was employed by Eastman Kodak Company for 41 years and was a longtime center fielder for the great Kodak teams of the 1940s and 50s along with Gears, Castle & Woodhall. A very special thank you to his house call physician, Dr. Luis G. Pestigo.

Friends may call Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 at the funeral home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English & Latta). Funeral Mass, 11 AM Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Aquinas Institute, St. Charles Borromeo Church or St. Frances Xavier Church.
