Ruth L. Rutty

Greece- Passed away on October 1, 2021 at the age of 85. Born in Rochester, NY on December 14, 1935, to the late Marshall and Frances Loke. Wife of the late Charles Rutty. Survived by her daughter Jacqueline (Frank) DeMario; granddaughter Emily (Kenneth) Holtz; grandson Michael DeMario; great-granddaughter Jade Holtz; cousin David (Barbara) Hood of New Mexico; and dear friend Jacqueline Johnson.



Graduated from John Marshall High School, she worked at Eastman Kodak for 17 years, and started attending Wesley United Methodist Church at age 4 where she was a member, a Sunday school teacher, sang in the choir, a girl scout leader, active as a trustee, held different positions in the United Methodist Women, was a church newsletter editor for 26 years. Ruth was a member of the MG Car Club, member of the timing and scoring team at Watkins Glen, member of 4 different bowling teams, member of a theater group, and a member of the Greece Choral Society.



In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to a charity of your choice. Services were held at the convenience of the family.
